MDC-T leader, Morgan Tsvangirai faces a lawsuit if he does not withdraw a statement in the next 48 hours where he is alleged to have said Zimbabwe Development Party (ZDP) leader, Kisinoti Mukwazhe is a central intelligence operative.
Mukwazhe told the ZBC News that if Tsvangirai does not retract his statement in the next 48 hours, a lawsuit will be filed.
According to the ZDP leader, Tsvangirai's utterances alleging that he is a state agent have damaged his reputation as a leader of a party with no political links to Zanu PF and the state.
Mukwazhe has demanded a public apology within two days from the MDC-T leader, failure of which he says he will seek a legal recourse.
