Mugabe 2002 Presidential 'Victory', was flawed, said SA Judicial inquiry

The 26 page report authored by Justice Moseneke and Justice Kamphepe identifies South African Government as part to the oppression of impoverished Zimbabweans, as witnessed by their attempt to censor and block the report from being published.
2002 Judicial Observer Mission report compiled by a special team of respected South African Judges, appointed by the then South African President, Thabo Mbeki, to report on our 2002 Presidential elections, didn't surprised many of us, but vindicated our claims that Zanu PF is not the only enemy of our people, and that Zanu pf has never won an election since 2000.
Ours is not just an internal struggle as the oppressors of our freedom and expression stretches beyond the borders. The SA judicial report which Thabo Mbeki and his successors attempted unsuccessfully for years to confine the report within their bedrooms, was finally released to the public last week, after a concerted court battle which the SA government lost.
The report concluded that the Zimbabwe 2002 Presidential elections was not free, fair and credible. To our amazement, Thabo Mbeki could not wait a night then, to congratulate Mugabe for a successful subversion of our wills. Over the years, it has been South African government's modus operandi to issue congratulatory messages to their counterparts for "winning" elections which are by far contrary to SADC democratic benchmarks.
Thabo Mbeki being a person of a dubious character and a compromised legacy, chose to ignore the content of the report and went on to endorse the Zimbabwe Presidential elections as free, fair and credible. By endorsing it, he actually accelerated our Nation's woes and economical collapse. Mbeki and his government chose to entrench and enhance our suppression and suffering.
SADC and SA government in particular, can not in confidence distance themselves from the collapse of our country and the heinous ordeals experienced by our people over the years.
Since that fateful year, the year 2002, millions of Zimbabweans were compelled into exile, either by the country's economical collapse or political persecution. Many have found refuge in South Africa, but the reception has never been rosey over the years. Zimbabweans had to subject themselves to untoward ways of survival since the endorsement of the 2002 flawed elections. Which includes illegal border crossing into neighbouring countries, risking rape, death and torture.
The same SA government that is working in cahoots with Zanu pf in destroying our country, created an environment in which here in SA we face harassment, arrest and deportation by the authorities everyday.
Most SADC governments are mainly comprised of liberation movements, and it can not be wrong to be quoted accusing the Liberation movements of being enemies of our people and our generation.
Our democratic struggle for freedom requires determination and resilience, as we are not only suppressed by Zanu pf and their nonagenarian from Zvimba, but also by some regional governments like South Africa. With the latest development, our assertions that Thabo Mbeki has never been an impartial mediator now holds water. History will not be washed away, and Zimbabweans will never forget the role played by SADC and South Africa in subverting our wills and wishes.
It may also not be wrong to mistaken SADC as a cultist grouping rather than a regional body. Instead of rebuking the latter for subverting our vote, they went on to reward the same with the SADC chairmanship.
Victory is certain. Zimbabwe will be a free state in not so distant future.
