A free and fair election will heal Zimbabwe

The Zanu PF's government crack on the opposition, abuse of human rights, and failure to embrace and tolerate divergent views makes it harder for the party to appeal both to regional and international community.
The party has been too stubborn for quite some time rendering it a kakistocracy kinda of a government and resisting change. Only a few individuals are holding this country at ransom causing all these challenges just to please the regime. The army, police, prison and air force want change. All progressive Zimbabweans want change.
This coming election must be a decider and put Zimbabwe back on its track. This election is about stopping the ship from sinking and salvaging the country in all it's facet for reset.
Its unfortunate that the incompetence and unprofessionalism being exhibited by Zimbabwe Electoral Commission on its refusal to release the analyzable voter's roll is likely to usher in another sham and farce election. This has proved that the commission is compromised and cannot run a credible, free and fair election.
We cannot move on as a nation with such kind of behaviour. No-one will take us seriously on matters of governance.
We have been isolated and out of the rail for a very long time and this is the time to put our house in order bounce back so as to achieve the millennium goals.
The country's dignity which has been lost must be restored as a matter of urgency, starting from our civil servants whose salaries are so pathetic and miserable. Their pensions have been eroded. The magnitude of corruption is so astounding.
At independence, Zimbabwe adopted a strong economy whose currency was stronger than the USD and almost equivalent to the British pound but today our currency has become a laughing stock of all the currencies in the region.
This is the time to do the right thing ladies and gentlemen. People must make sure that they get Zimbabwe working again and back on the map. Mnangagwa has destroyed this country since he took over after a coup. If we remove Zanu PF from the matrix the nation will start breathing again.
Currently our civil servants are being underpaid. Our education system is going down the drain and at the verge of destruction. Private education which is a bit too expensive has become the lifeline of many learners.
Life in Zimbabwe has become so tough and unbearable. The nation is in deep economic morass. The Zanu PF leadership took a functional and planned economy in 1980 and ran it down for the past 43 years and started blaming economic saboteurs.
In soccer terms we can simply say Zimbabwe has been thrown to the relegation zone on the table.
For the country to achieve its economic growth and stability it needs a new political transformation and everything will fall into place. It is not a criminal offence to change a government.
