Dzivarasekwa 4 residents going for 2 weeks without electricity after a fault which resulted from the oil which was stolen from the transformer.
The Zesa faults team vow to fix the residents not to restore power unless they get money from the affected residents. Who is to blame Zesa wake up.
Don't be such corrupt your members have the capacity to steal the oil who else knows its use
