1:12am, 17 Apr - +263 7* *** ****: The tanker had been overspilling for an hour when we had no water for two days now.
Are we serious about water rationing at the once cholera zone boarder town?
Is it justified with limpopo flowing like it does?
Didn't we learn from the last cholera? How long did the tanker continue to overspill since it was around six already?
I want to assume it did that the whole night...
