BCC is nowhere near competent in running the city

8:19pm, May 7 - +263 7* *** ****: Bcc is nowhere near competent in running it's city. I am shocked by the audit results whatever it is that it is the best run city. l beg to differ with the comment.
The BCC personel has no clue on how to run its estate to mention the least.
Check most of their properties are decapitated or delapitating due to gross mismanagement.
Unable tenants are not being followed up when they desert their rented shops, bars etc.lnstead the accounts department continues to bill the non operational business people and as a result they lose a lot of revenue.
They let unable tenants cling to premises which are closed down for business for over - 3yrs and over, claiming that they haven't surrendered ownership. What kind of management is that?
The only department working hard is the messengers who cut water to non paying residents and chasing after vendors who are trying to earn an innocent living whilst the Byo roads are in a terrible state spoting1 metre deep potholes.
It is a shame.
