Lady Gaga,Justin Bieber supporting Japan through twitter

Justin Bieber, Lady Gaga and Lea Michele are just a few of the high-profile celebrities who have taken to their Twitter pages to express their support and offer prayers for the victims of the earthquake and subsequent tsunami in Japan.


Glee's Lea Michele Tweeted, "So devastating to hear about the huge earthquake & tsunami Japan. My thoughts and prayers are with everyone there." And, Britney Spears Tweeted, "So tragic. My heart is breaking for Japan."


Twilight star Kellan Lutz Tweeted, "praying for everyone in japan, hawaii, and on the west coast!"

Other celebs went above and beyond, using Twitter to directly urge their followers to lend support and financial assistance to the country. To all of his Beliebers, Bieber Tweeted, "Japan is one of my favorite places on earth... it's an incredible culture with amazing people. My prayers go out to them. We all need to help."


Nina Dobrev of The Vampire Diaries took to Twitter to promote the Red Cross, Tweeting, "Cannot believe whats happened in Japan...the footage is surreal and scary. What is happening to the earth? Please Text 'Red Cross' to 90999."


Lady Gaga even is selling a bracelet to help and Tweeted, "I Designed a Japan Prayer Bracelet. Buy It/Donate here and ALL proceeds will go to Tsunami Relief Efforts." Little monsters, check out the wristband here.
