Years ago I was in a serious relationship with some guy who decided to go to the UK leaving me here in Jhb. I was so sad and lonely.Everyone around me ubenomuntu wakhe and I decided to look for someone wokupusher naye. You know how it feels when everyone around you is going out and you have to sit and wait for a man who is miles away My friend Esther would rub it in every time, even when we went out for drinks when the night would still be young you would hear her say "ithi ngihambe Nobuhle" With teary eyes I'd beg her to sit with me a little longer "sesihamba thina esilala siqamele amachest" she would say boastfully.

I decided to start searching for ichest yokulala ngiqamele nami.I'd respond to every guy's inbox on my Facebook.Umfazi uma sefuna indoda akula angeke akwenze to find that man.Too bad all the guys that were hitting on me were either married or in serious relationships. But I was under a lot of pressure at the time and I thought to myself "amadoda semalutshwane, indoda ithathwa emuntwini" The devil whispered to me "nothing wrong with dating a married man Nobuhle even ebhoreni kuloGoalKeeper but bahlohla kunjalo"

As you know when you choose the wrong path Satan also chooses you and starts mentoring you.If you have ever noticed once you start cheating the men suddenly become easily available. Don't fool yourself thinking you have suddenly become hot,its the work of satan

So yes I started going out with a married man. It was so exciting but hey that was short lived.

The wife found out and started sending me messages insulting me telling me she will hunt me down angidinde blah blah blah.... Every time she would insult me the husband would bring me flowers, chocolates or even take me to the salon just to console me.

The more this woman harassed me, the closer I became lendoda yakhe, (A mistake most wives do when they find out their man is cheating) Cause besekungasahlaleki endlini with the wife always shouting at the man and calling me emthuka hence I conveniently became his source of peace and therefore spent as much time as he could nami.

After about a month we decided it was about time we got intimate, phela all along bengifuyiwe njengebroiler. So we decided to make it special by booking into a very expensive hotel.

They say when the day comes for the monkey to die, all trees tremble and become slippery. Funny thing you might find - its the same satan shaking the trees. So Satan made it possible for the wife to find out where we were and just as I came out of the shower wrapped only in a towel with my blesser anxiously waiting ukuthi umdlalo wabadala uqale....the wife walked in.

I was in total shock, since I came to Jhb that was the 1st time I saw a pistol and worse iphethwe ngumfazi in a full metro police uniform. She walked straight to me and pointed a gun at my head, ngezwa umchamo ujuluka usehla ngemilenze.

The husband jumped out of bed wearing only a boxer short and knelt down pleading with his wife to spare my life which made things even worse as the wife started accusing him of taking my side. I don't know how I managed to escape as they were busy arguing.

I ran from Louis Botha to Hendon street with one hand gripping the towel that only covered my waist amabele wonke ephandle. Cars were hooting left right and center probably excited ukubona ispeed ebengigijima ngaso or amabele asegcekeni ahamba esithi "para para" emnyameni. I didn't care at the time ukuthi eYeoville kulabogubuzela, tsotsis and stuff, my only concern was getting home, the experience of that woman pointing a gun at me was too overwhelming.

A few minutes later I was at the gate of my flat, I was too traumatised to use my fingerprint to open the gate. After trying twice I realised I was using the wrong hand, I was supposed to use my right finger which was still gripping the towel,I let go off the towel and it fell on the floor as I tried to place my correct finger. Upon seeing this, the security personnel at the flat came to my rescue by automatically opening the gate embarrassed to even look at me and only mumbled "thi ngikuvulele mama uzonchazela ekuseni"

I rushed to the stairs forgetting there was an elevator and I ran all the way to the 3rd floor of my apartment nginjalo nginqunu and when I got to my flat....guess who was waiting for me at the dinning room? Yes your guess is right....my boyfriend from UK. Apparently my landlord had opened for him and allowed him to wait for me at her dining room since I had left the bedroom I rented locked.

So that is how ladies and gentleman I lost a diamond for a stone. I have come to the conclusion that married men are cursed...you never get away with being a sidechic to these men, the prayers of their wives never go in vain. I have learnt to value myself, seriously that woman putting a gun in my head made me realise uyawafela amafufu. Imagine your mother carrying you for 9months only for you to become a sidechic! I will never walk in that path again
