SA law may be on Oscar Pistorius' side says criminal law expert

A South African criminal law expert has said the country's law might be on Oscar Pistorius side.

Pistorius will appear in court on Monday accused of the murder of his model girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp in a case which will make South African history as the first to be broadcast live for millions around the world to follow.
