This New Term has seen the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education implementing the syllabi for the New curriculum.

This comes amid criticism from some quarters and some organizations who feel that the curriculum has been rushed and is a hoax.

Teachers seem not to be sure on what to teach regarding learning areas that are completely New.

Amid this confusion, a section of experts in certain Learning Areas have already assured teachers and schools that learning material for some New Areas will be available.

Padington Chakabva, who is an Educationist and an expert in History and Religious Studies said he is already partnering with other authors to produce several projects of books that will be relevant for the New Learning Areas especially for Family and Religious Studies as well as History.

One of the authors, Witness Dingani, working with Chakabva is known for his immense contribution to Divinity.

Dingani is a writer and had been authoring several articles on Divinity on Bulawayo24.com, Sunday News Newspaper and having Divinity programs on Radio Dialogue .

Dingani has been working hard to produce teaching Material for Family and Religious Studies.

"The project will be out by the time Advanced Level students begin their academic year in March," added Chakabva.
