People's Democratic Party Bulawayo spokesperson Edwin Ndlovu has challenged opposition political parties to put away their differences and join hands
to fight Zanu PF during the 2018 elections saying if hey go into he polls divided this will be giving Zanu PF victory in a silver platter.

Opposition political parties are currently engaged into coalition talks which are being stifled by mistrust among members.

"As a nation as we approach the elections season, the Zimbabwean opposition political parties must come together and form a coalition to remove Zanu PF. It would be a tragedy if coalition fails and that would give Zanu PF power in a silver platter. Morgan Tswangirai (MDC-T),  Joice Mujuru (ZimPF),
Tendai Biti (PDP), Welshman Ncube (MDC), Dumiso Dabengwa (zapu) and others must work together not because they like one another but to serve Zimbabwe from total collapse."

Ndlovu said if they fail as opposition leaders to present one presidential candidate come 2018, he will  quit opposition politics.

"It's a promise not a threat. This would prove that we have no leader in opposition who is a unifier and having people's interest at heart," he said.
