Mugabe protects Charamba

Long-serving information ministry permanent secretary and President Robert Mugabe's spokesperson George Charamba has survived another reshuffle of permanent secretaries.
Mugabe rotated permanent secretaries on Monday without giving any reasons.
However, in a reshuffle statement, Charamba was not mentioned.
The last time Mugabe reshuffled his permanent secretaries was in September 2014, a year after he was sworn in for his current term of office.
However, the reshuffle has been seen as a non-event but simple protecting permanent secretaries with a tainted history.
"Why not fire and replace with individuals with a clean record. Recycling waste?" one individual wrote
Added another "What a weak leader!
"Instead of getting rid of them he moves them around as if there are no other capable of doing a better job".
