A Zanu-PF youth member Fidelis Fengu has said while Zanla cadres are very pompous about their liberation credentials such that they have become so loud, Zipra cadres are quite and humble and do not wash their diet linen in public.
"Just out of curiosity, Why is it that ex- ZNLA cadres are very loud when it comes to issues of the struggle and will quarrel over seniority and taking glory for feats of the struggle as if it was each man for himself," he said.
"On the other hand ex-Zipra cadres are quiet , do not wash their dirty linen in public and do not seem to worry about titles or glory from the war. I am strongly of the opinion that a certain level of discipline must always be observed by a trained person to differentiate them from a civilian."
He said the Zipra commanders and trainers did a good job on drilling their men and women.
HE said Ironically, Jabulani Sibanda was expelled from ZNLWVA at Mutsvangwa's behest.
"Mutsvangwa has now also found himself guilty of undermining the authority of President Mugabe and insulting the First Family, the same reasons that led to the expulsion of Sibanda from ZNLWVA and ZANU-PF. Maybe in the spirit of fairness ZNLWVA especially Mutsvangwa should apologise to JB and other comrades coz it turns out they were right according to Mutsvangwa and Matemadanda's logic," he said.
