WHO wasn't supposed to appoint Mugabe as Ambassador

The MDC-T has said in the very first place, the World Health Organisation (WHO) wasn't supposed to appoint president Robert Mugabe as a Goodwill Ambassador.
This was after the WHO reversed the appointment after some members of the Western bloc opposed Mugabe's appointment.
MDC-T spokesperson Obert Gutu said Mugabe has trashed Zimbabwe's public health delivery system and it was totally undeserved for him to be accorded that prestigious honour in the first place. WHO have done the right thing by promptly rescinding that thoroughly ill - deserved appointment.
"Whoever had recommended Mugabe's appointment as Goodwill Ambassador for NCDs must be immediately investigated for gross dereliction of duty bordering on nak*d corruption," he said.
