Norton legislator Temba Mliswa has challenged Zimbabwe Anti-Corruption Commission (ZACC) which is currently on arresting spree of members of the G40 saying it is corrupt and needs to be overhauled for leaving corrupt Lacoste members shielding under President Emmerson Mnangagwa's name.

"ZAAC needs to be overhauled as they appear to be corrupt themselves. Arrests shouldn't be selective &people shouldn't use the name of ED as protection.

"Some are attempting to influence Parly Chair decisions. We're watching and won't be compromised or swayed from role of oversight," he said via micro blogging Twitter.

Meanwhile, ZACC have arrested Highfield National Assembly representative Psychology Maziwisa together with former ZBC News anchor Oscar Pambuka for fraud.

The duo who are reportedly affiliates of the G40 were arrested yesterday at Avondale police station facing charges of fraud involving 12 500 actual prejudice paid to them 36000 potential prejudice.

Former G40 Ministers, Ignitious Chombo, Makhosini Hlogwane, Jaison Machaya and sacked ZANU PF chairman Kudzai Chipanga are victims of ZACC arresting spree.

However, many political analysts argue that Mnangagwa's Minister of Home Affairs Obert Mpofu is the most corrupt Minister in the country and should be arrested if ZACC is observing the course of justice.
