Former Higher Education minister Jonathan Moyo has reminded Zanu-PF's prospective candidates who want to commit politcide by contesting in the 2018 general election that Tuesday 3 April is CV submission date.
Moyo said, "Tomorrow, Tuesday 3 April, is CV submission date for EDiots who want to commit politcide by contesting in the 2018 general election as #LacosteJunta candidates led by the #BloodyScarf. #Handeitione....Tick....tock....tick... tock...#AllOut!"
There are some candidate who had submitted their CVs and they still need to resubmit after the party released a detailed guideline for elections recently.
In an interview yesterday, Zanu-PF Secretary for Information and Publicity Simon Khaya Moyo said the party had noted that some candidates were jumping the gun.
"It has come to the notice of the revolutionary party, Zanu-PF, that prospective candidates for the coming primary elections are rushing to their respective provincial capitals to hand in their CVS," said Khaya Moyo.
