Mangwana and the legal crew went to the Concourt on Monday only to stumble at a closed gate.
Moyo saying the action by Mangagwa was deliberate to trick people into believing that the judiciary is in dependent from Zanu PF that is why they did not know that they officials at the court were on holiday.
"This is crap. Only EDiots will go to ConCourt offices everyone knows are closed, because it's a public holiday, & think everyone else is as EDiotic as they are to think their finding the ConCourt closed on a holiday is proof of judiciary independence. It's proof of their EDiocy!" Moyo tweeted.
