ZANU-PF MP in head on collision

Mount Darwin East Member of Parliament (MP) Dzidzai Butau was involved in a head-on collision yesterday near Bindura.

Witnesses said Butau was driving a Toyota Hilux along the Harare - Mukumbura highway.
"The MP had a head-on collision with a Honda CRV last night, both cars had only drivers in them," the source said.

"The drivers escaped with injuries  and the accident was due to speeding." 

Contacted for comment acting Mashonaland Central police spokesperson Sergeant Major Samuel Chikasha said he was yet to receive the report.
