The MDC-T leader has been caught up in the gay rights furore after he made a statement on BBC in London last month that he supported sexual rights for gays.
Evangelical Fellowship of Zimbabwe (EFZ) national treasurer Reverend Roy Musasiwa and EFZ general secretary Reverend Lindani Dube said the Premier made it crystal clear that he was against homosexuality.
President Robert Mugabe has repeatedly said he will never condone gays and lesbians. But during his London visit Tsvangirai said homosexuals should be accorded their respect and rights, drawing a barrage of criticism from Zimbabweans.
