Grace and Mugabe are one, imposed by God and will rule for life - Bishop Ndanga

The Apostolic Christian Council of Zimbabwe (ACCZ) leader Bishop Johannes Ndanga has vowed that the 93-year-old Zimbabwean president will die in power.
Addressing thousands of church members who converged at Rufaro Stadium this afternoon at a ZANU PF ceremony dubbed "Super Sunday" Ndanga said they imposed Mugabe as a life time president.
"We are the ones who said the President should rule and die in office!" he thundered.
"Isu tikagadza maBishop, vatova maBishop kusvika vafa.
"Ini izvozvi nditori President wemachechi kusvika ndafa.
"So President Mugabe has the mandate of the people until he dies."
Ndanga enthusiastically told the gathering that Mugabe and his wife Grace are inseparable and that they wanted to give the First Lady a present.
"There is political talk that the President Mugabe and the First lady are two different people. That is very wrong to try and separate these two.
"In 2014 we wanted to give the First lady a prize for standing by the President through thick and thin," said Bishop Ndanga.
Minister of State for Harare, Miriam Chikukwa, who is affectionately known as Pastor was clad in Apostolic garments, supported Ndanga's views and bemoaned all those who oppose the nonagenarian President.
"President Robert Mugabe is our life time president who was imposed by God to rule forever.
"Biblically if you read Exodus chapter 24 you will understand better.
"Those who are opposing the President are refusing God's instruction," bellowed Chikukwa.
However, the event was characterized by ZANU PF slogans and denouncement of MDC.
Many senior government officials inclusive of the First Lady wore white garments
Bishop Ndanga concluded by marking Super Sunday as the best day for indigenous churches.
"Nomatter the object this is the best thing to ever happen to people of indigenous churches."
