As i speak we payed R59 per person @ the South Africa police stations for fingerprints.The fingerprints were for clearance of none criminal record. At list 207000 of us Zimbabweans applied for the permits (R12 213 000)was paid.But now we are doing the same process of fingerprints @ the VFS global were we submit our applications for permits & we are paying R870 charge of fingerprints included.This means R12 213 000 was a donation to the police service
