BED-Computer Science degree (no results, no graduation)

Dear editor
I thank you in advance for being our voice. I was enrolled at MSU on Teacher Capacity Development Programme for the past 3 years. We were doing BED Computer Science.
It was a noble move and we thanked our government for facilitating this, as well as our lecturers for the effort rendered. But our worry is that since Level 2:1, we had never have access to our results or use institutional eLearning facilities due to arrears in fees. However we were allowed to continue attending lectures and sitting for exams as unregistered students up to the end of the programme (2017 Nov).
We were promised that our issue is being sorted out and the matter was by then discussed at the highest level. But up to now we are still in the darkness as to what will become of us. Our colleagues graduated but we were never invited due to the fact that whoever is supposed to pay for our fees failed to do so. Our group reps have tried all avenues to have our situation solved but yielded no results. Right at moment we don't know who exactly is failing us.
Editor it's disheartening to say that we used our hard earned resources for the past 3 years for travelling to Zvishavane every holiday and we had to spend our hard earned cash for our upkeep during the block periods. Our precious time that would have been spent for something profitable was wasted with nothing in return. This is not fair.
We made an agreement with our sponsors (Ministry of Education) that they are going to meet our expenses, from fees to accommodation and food. The goal posts were changed in Level 1:1and we were told that only fees would be paid. We compromised and moved forward with the programme. But somewhere along the line, even the fees issue dried up.
So our worry is that no-one is willing to shed light on what is going on or on whether one day we will be capped or not. Do they want us to pay for our fees? If this becomes the what will happen to our bonding agreement? Does bonding means that one do not have access to results or transcript? Does bonding means the student does not graduate?
So Editor, this is our story. We have nowhere to turn to. They say in Shona, "mbudzi kuzvarira pavanhu hunzi ndidzingirwewo imbwa" Mwana asingacheme anofira mumbereko.
