What if Kasukuwere has been sneaking in and out of the country fearing for illegal arrest?

Dear Comrade Ziyambi Ziyambi,

When he was confronted by a situation which he felt posed a security threat to his life, fired Vice-President Comrade Emmerson Mnangagwa jumped the border to flee the country. He didn't use official exit point. Kasukuwere has good reasons to fear for his life, especially after the National Police Spokesperson and the Secretary for Justice, Legal and Parliamentary Affairs told The Herald in separate interviews that the former Zanu PF Political Commissar (Kasukuwere) had two warrants of arrest and was to be arrested the moment he stepped into the country (The Herald, 24 June 2023) something that Kasukuwere has denied. It will be interesting to know really if Kasukuwere has warrants of arrest as claimed by the two officials.

One cannot rule out the possibility that Kasukuwere may have been sneaking in and out of the country to see friends and family as he feared for his life. There may be need to check with people who may have seen him in his secret comings in and goings out. Without evidence that he has not sneaked in and out of the country and has been out of the country for a period of 18 months is therefore speculation which cannot be used in a court of law, knowing as we do that our borders are porous and thousands of Zimbabweans have illegally crossed the borders for various reasons. There is therefore no reason to bar him for contesting as President.

If Emmerson Mnangagwa jumped the border and is still contesting the elections, what is wrong with Saviour Kasukuwere contesting after jumping the border to sneak in and out of Zimbabwe if both men were did so for their personal security?
