Kwaito star Mapaputsi struggling to make ends meet

Kwaito star Mapaputsi, real name Sandile Ngwenya is apparently struggling to make ends meet.
The former hitmaker of Izinja is said to have gone to Mandoza, begging for help.
Mandoza currently has his own reality show on e.tv, Rolling With Mandoza.
Sources in the music industry say Mapaputsi asked Mandoza to be his agent and negotiator, so that e.tv can give him his own show.
Said one insider: "Mapaputsi begged Mandoza to speak to the bosses at e.tv so that he can also have a show like his.
"He wants the same show, but his should be named, Rolling with Mapaputsi. He told Mandoza that he has a lot to tell and show if he can be granted a chance."
Another source said: "He's broke and lives in a backyard shack at his parents' home. What's he going to show us, his shack or what?"
The Dailysun claims that Mapaputsi has vowed not to record another album until Mandoza gets him a deal with e.tv.
"He wants to be on TV with all his heart and he doesn't want to do anything else but have his Rolling with Mapaputsi.
"That guy is a joke. He should just get focused and do better music, if he wants to be taken seriously.
"Mandoza is trying to make a comeback as well, he doesn't have time to help other people.
"Mapaputsi thinks showbiz is a kindergarten, as he is really playing," said a source.
Sunday Sun contacted e.tv offices and an insider apparently asked: "Is this a joke?"
Mapaputsi wasn't available for comment and his phone rang unanswered.
e.tv's publicity supervisor Melissa Fredericks said: "Mapaputsi is not a candidate and has not approached e.tv."
