Oscar has decided to resume a low-key track routine. Oscar is not contemplating a formal return to athletics and his training is not aimed at preparing for competition.
His focus at this time remains entirely on the court case. His family, and those close to him, have encouraged him to spend a few hours a week on the track to assist him in finding the necessary mental and emotional equilibrium to process his trauma and prepare for the trail.

Pistorius is yet to face trial for the alleged murder of his girlfriend, Reeva Steenkamp, on Valentines Day this year.
He claimed he mistook her for an intruder.
Pistorius is currently out on a bail of R1 million and was last seen in public during a brief court visit on 4 June, when his case was postponed to 19 August this year.
The athlete recently grabbed headlines again by claiming he had forgotten the password required to access an iPhone found at the murder scene, at his home in Pretoria.
The phone's contents are likely to hold important details related to the case and police have had to request assistance from Apple in the US.
