Zimbabwe is facing a downturn in economic fortunes with inflation zooming to 175,66 percent in June. Prices of basic goods and services have since gone up beyond the reach of many.
The country is also faced with possible hunger after a severe drought, with the country needing to import at least 800 000 metric tonnes of maize to avert hunger and starvation.
