Progressive Democrats Zimbabwe party leader Barbra Nyagomo is reported to have cracked a whip on some top officials whom she accuses of destabilising the party and plotting to take control over it.
A source in the party said the party's Vice President, Chief Whip and a National member reportedly jumped off the sinking ship recently.
"In a few months Barbara has reshuffled the NEC to suit her needs. Reshuffled NSG more than 3 times. Last month saw Mthokozisi Ncube being booted out after he called a NEC in Bulawayo but Barbara disapproved of it leading to her booting out Ncube the leader of a Byo based organization BUYA," said the source.
"She also suspended the VP Victor Mpofu in accusations of wanting to take over the party. And recently, NIP Mpiyezwe Nare as well as CW, Andrew Nyathi Jumped off ship. Rumours has them on board of #SheJoshua campaign2018."
