Zimbabwe minister of foreign affairs 'daft, inarticulate', says Jonathan Moyo

EXILED former Higher Education minister Prof Jonathan Moyo has said it
is a disgrace that Zimbabwe has a foreign affairs minister who is "as
daft and as inarticulate" as Dr Sibusiso Moyo.
Prof Moyo also questioned validity of the foreign affairs minister's doctorate degree.
"#JuntaPF is truly a "new dispensation". After the late Dr Nathan Shamuyarira & Dr Stan Mudenge, it's an opprobrium to have a minister of foreign affairs who is as daft & as inarticulate as this fellow. And he supposed to be Dr someone. Where did he get his doctorate? Never mind!," reads Prof Moyo's tweet.
