White City bombing - Gukurahundi started the same way, says Bajila

MDC Alliance member Discent Collins Bajila has said the moral police officers and professional mourners who want to rule out the possibility that the White City bombing was a stage managed thing must be reminded that Gukurahundi itself was stage managed.

He said the deaths of many government ministers and vocal politicians have been stage managed to look like they are accidents.

"Some of us can't afford both the heartlessness of celebrating that inhuman and the naivety of ruling out a stage managed stunt. That wheelchair bound man who was abandoned by the so called body guards on stage is not a friend, a comrade or a neighbor to some of us. He is family. He is blood. We therefore are not celebrating what exposed him to near death," he said.

"We condemn it. We however don't rule out the possibility that the friends that our uncle chose voluntarily are playing power games that put him on harmsway. We mourn with the bereaved but we're not naive."
