Man bashed for parking his car too close to neighbour house

Distrust has landed a Chiweshe man in trouble after he was convicted of assaulting another man who parked his car close to his homestead at night.
Pasco Madzivanzira (44) of Muroiwa village under Chief Negomo was slapped with $30 fine by Concession resident magistrate Ruth Moyo yesterday for assaulting Francis Nakayi (45).
According to state papers Madzivanzira saw Nakayi's vehicle parked close to his house last week Tuesday and he accused him of having an affair with his wife.
Madzivanzira assaulted the complainant using plain hands and he sustained a swollen face but was not medically examined.
Madzivanzira did not have the fine with him and was told to pay by 31 August 2018.
