South Africa's Prophet Paseka Mboro Motsoeneng has responded to critics who are questioning why Enlightened Christian Gathering Leader Prophet Shephered Bushiri gave him R1 million.
Bushiri sent the money to honour Mboro on his 50th birthday which is trending under the #Mboro50
"That R1m was meant for someone like me who has been giving so that I can carry on with the good work that I do. The greatest thing for me was when he gave his time to come and honour me. People can send money but they do not come but he came with his entire family and leadership to honour me." Mboro said.
Mboro also said this kind of a gift was a first of its kind for him and that the most he had received from other pastors was R20‚000‚ even though he had contributed millions to people.
"Bushiri is the first pastor to contribute such a huge amount of money and I am grateful for that."
Prophet Shepherd Bushiri and Mboro recently revealed to that they buried the hatchet after being sworn enemies for years.
Speaking to South Africa media recently, pastor Mboro explained that he had become accustomed to the devil trying to stop him at every turn.
He said part of his #Mboro50 mission was to bring to the body of Christ and he was not surprised that just hours after reports of his reconciliation with Prophet Bushiri, there was an attack on his reputation.
"They are no longer attacking me. I am not being attacked here. They are the enemies of Prophet Bushiri who are not happy."
Mboro and Bushiri sorted out their differences and after exchanging apologies, let by-gones be by-gones.
