MDC founder dies

The Opposition MDC has announced that it has learnt with deep sadness the passing of one of its founding technocrat, Dennis Murira who gave up the ghost on Wednesday night.
Murira served as the Director for Public Affairs at Prime Minister Morgan Tsvangirayi's Office during the Government of National Unity.
He was once accused by ZANU PF as being one of the persons who were sent to Serbia to receive training in non violent mass action to overthrow the government.
One of the founding members Ngqabutho Mabhena said, "Sad to hear of the passing away of Cde Dennis Murira , a man l worked with in the early days of the MDC formation. May his soul rest in peace."
