Woman bashes neighbour over goat

A Bindura woman Perseverance Fashibheyi was on Friday dragged to court after she assaulted her neighbour over a goat misunderstanding.
Fashibheyi pleaded not guilty to assault charge before Bindura magistrate Ruramai Chitumbura.
The state led by Sheilla Kudzai Maribha alleges on December 19 last year at Nyanhehwe village Bindura the suspect approached Marvellous Tamira (26) asking her about her mother-in-law's goat and an altercation arose.
The suspect started assaulting Tamira with open hands before pelting her with a half brick.
She fell on the ground and bled before being rushed to the hospital.
A police report was filed leading to the arrest of the suspect.
The matter continues on January 13.
