Mutare roads to close for major works

Mutare City Council has announced the temporary closure of Railway Street and Bridge Road to allow for major roadworks.

Railway Street, located immediately after the flyover into town, and Bridge Road, which connects Railway Street to Park Road, will be affected.

In a public notice issued on Tuesday, the council said the works are scheduled to begin on September 23 and are expected to run until October 10.

Motorists are advised to use alternative routes during this period to avoid disruptions.
