Innscor Africa Limited more than doubled its profit for the year ended June 2026 to US$102.1 million, supported by strong growth across its diversified food businesses.

Revenue increased 14% to US$1.24 billion, while operating profit before financial income or losses, depreciation, amortisation and fair value adjustments rose 57% to US$151.6 million.

The stronger performance lifted basic earnings per share by 84% to 13.41 US cents, while headline earnings per share increased 83% to 13.30 US cents.

The improved earnings also enabled the group to increase returns to shareholders, with the board declaring a final dividend of 2.15 US cents per share, compared with 1.50 US cents in the previous financial year.

The final dividend brings Innscor's total dividend for the year to 4.50 US cents per share, up 53% from 2.95 US cents in 2025.

The final dividend will be paid to shareholders registered at the close of business on October 9, 2026, with payment expected on or around November 6.

Innscor shares will trade cum-dividend until October 7 before going ex-dividend on October 8.

The group also declared a final dividend of US$600,000 to the Innscor Africa Employee Share Trust, taking the total dividends paid to the trust during the year to US$1.25 million, up from US$830,000 in 2025.

Innscor's balance sheet also expanded during the period, with total assets increasing 25% to US$991.1 million.

Total liabilities rose 35% to US$436 million, while shareholders' equity increased 18% to US$555.1 million.

The results highlight a significant improvement in the group's earnings performance, with operating profitability growing substantially faster than revenue during the year.
