Raunchy dancer Beverly Sibanda who is set to make a return to showbiz seems to have marked her 'resurrection' on a wrong footing.
She is embroiled in a double booking scam for the rights of her first official show after leaving Prophet Walter Magaya's Prophetic Deliverance Ministries.
She also revealed that she does not regret the time she "wasted" out of showbiz.
She registered her sentiments on her WhatsApp platform status Thursday.
It read:"Regret for a wasted time, is more waste of time"
This was in apparent reference to the hiatus she took off showbiz when she joined PHD Ministries.
After announcing her intention of returning to showbiz, promoters jostled for her signature to have the rights to host her first show.
Overwhelmed by this 'stampede', Bev signed contracts misrepresenting to promoters that they had won the rights to host her first official come back show.
She signed contracts with Winnie Von-lillianfeld of Big Apple Night Club and Biggie Chinoperekweyi of Divine Assignments.
With Winnie, Bev was supposed to have her official first show at Big Apple Night Club on May 3, while with Divine Assignments she signed for her first official show penciled for May 30 at Private Lounge.
Both promoters advertised the shows as Bev's official first shows but the Private Lounge show technically becomes the first based on chronology.
Winnie blasted Bev's manager Harpers Mapimhidze and accused him of breaching their contract.
"As far as I am concerned, we have the rights to the first official show.
" We entered an agreement with Mapimhidze and he assured us that we had the rights to host the first official show on May 3 at Big Apple night club.
"If the latest developments are true then he is in breach of contract," said Winnie.
"Chinoperekweyi said he was not aware of any other shows because as far as he was concerned he signed contract with Bev who was represented by Mapimhidze.
"I would know if Bev signed other contracts because I booked him for April 30 and she signed through her proxy Harpers Mapimhidze. That is all I can I say," said Chinoperekweyi.
Mapimhidze acknowledged signing both contracts but justified his move.
"I indeed signed both contracts but the challenge is we had a running contract with Biggie (Chinoperekweyi) and it was affected when Bev took a break.
"She will be playing at Big Apple on May 3 and Private Lounge on April 30, and since its within the same week, we just themed both shows 'first shows', not literally though," said Mapimhidze.
Meawhile, Bev has a string of shows lined up. She is currently in South Africa where she is buying new costumes.
She will travel to Kadoma after the Big Apple show.
