Chillies stuffed in 3 year old girl's privates, man jailed 20 for years

IN a pure act of child abuse, a three-year-old girl reportedly suffered a swollen organ after a 41-year-old man allegedly inserted his fingers which he had smeared with chilli into it.
After the hot substance was put in her privates the girl experienced excruciating pain and a burning sensation when urinating.
She was referred to hospital for medication where the matter was reported to the police leading to the arrest of the suspect Innocent Jiyane.
For the offence, Jiyane was brought before Bulawayo regional magistrate Mr Mark Dzira charged with aggravated indecent assault He pleaded not guilty but was convicted after a full trial and sentenced to 20 years in jail.
However, he will spend 16 years behind bars with hard labour after four years of the sentence was suspended for five years on condition that he would not within that period commit a similar crime involving indecent assault
Circumstances are that on 24 August this year the accused went to the complainant's parents' room where he found her sleeping with her sister who was reportedly not feeling well. Jiyane who seemed to have hatched a plan to indecently assault the complainant asked to go with the child.
The complainant's sister tinned down the "kind" request prompting the accused to continuously beg her until she fell asleep. On realising that the person who was blocking his evil mission had fallen asleep, the court heard that Jiyane quickly" lifted the complainant and left.
When he got into his room, he smeared his fingers with chilly before inserting them into the complainant's organ.
The following day when the complainant's sister woke up she was surprised to discover that her sibling was missing from their room and upon making enquiries from the accused she was told that the complainant was sleeping in his house.
The satanic acts came to light when the complainant experienced piercing pain in her privates before they started swelling and discharging blood.
She was taken to hospital where she revealed that she was injured by Jiyane after he inserted his fingers smeared with chilli into her privates.
As a result Jiyane was arrested.
