Its my pleasure getting in touch with you, hoping that chatting to you on an informal social network wont dishearten you. We have a problem which seeks legal advice and publication.
We were students at Bulawayo Polytechnic, Commerce Department since 2009. Our entry mode was Part-time, that basically means we were conducting evening classes that is after work.
Our program was was scheduled as National Certificate-2009, National Diploma 1-2010, National Diploma 2-2011 this, as before, ran concurrently with Industrial attachment and finally Higher National Diploma-2012.
After doing our ND2 we completed our attachments with all requisites available in 2011, but our results were withdrawn by the Examination Board citing the problem of running exams and attachment concurrently, but this being the way things were done for the past God knows how long.
Up to now its a year down the lane we dont have any answers from the responsible guys all they can tell us is that they are waiting for the boards' (HEXCO) response.
In the course of the year 2012 some members in our stream got theirs except for Purchasing and Supply, Transport Management, Marketing, Banking and these add up to 20 individuals.
It is my hope that you will help us as we seek to even speak to the responsible minister but we have limited access and resources.
