Zapu claims to be the natural choice

It's election time again dear Zimbabweans! Despite the skewed political playfield, we are locked in the fight against the despotic ZANU PF regime.

Our gigantic but arduous journey for the true liberation of all Zimbabweans regardless of race, colour, creed, tribe or political affiliation, together with the ordinary sons and daughters of the soil shall, not go in vain.

Our vision for a one big, jubilant, tolerant, peaceful and productive Nation has always been the driving force behind ZAPU.

Even at his death   ZAPU's founding President and former Vice President- under the now defunct Unity Accord of 1987- Dr Joshua Mqcabuko Nkomo, was anonymously declared Father Zimbabwe.

His values as a firebrand nationalist and unifier knew no tribal or geographical boundaries; with all black people from the north, south, west or east earmarking him for his well deserved role of President in a free Zimbabwe.
But Alas, history has it that while ZAPU was seized with pumping bullets in the Whiteman's head to achieve political independence, ZANU's efforts were on scheming its trademark election rigging tactics.

Notwithstanding that , today ZAPU continue being inspired  with its  coveted legacy and  safeguarding  it under Dr Dumiso Dabengwa's presidency.

Our human right-ism approach to governance means better days lie ahead for all, once in office.

With the meager resources at our disposal and as a corrupt free peoples party,  we are ready to  turn the country's fortunes.

Under a devolved ZAPU government where provinces have more voice and activity in their political, economic, social and cultural development, Zimbabwe can return to its former glory days.

Industries can boom again, our education system can be resuscitated again; our health and Zimbabwe can feed Africa and the world as before.

Let's face it, the soaring poverty, high unemployment, collapsed education and health systems, human insecurity (we pray for Itai Dzamara) means ZANU can no longer be entrusted with our welfare of the people anyday longer.

The time is now. Vote ZANU PF out now and FOREVER! We admit, the enemy is in control and the political environment is not level.

But we are confident that ZAPU has your WILL to win the 5 constituencies in Bulawayo and all other future elections.
