Mawarire bring yourself home pastor and no one will touch you, #ThisFlag

#ThisFlag. I have felt compelled to add my voice to the very topical discourse and here are my views and they are personal.

Circumstances do change and have changed.

The pastor just spoke at the right time. The MDC was just formed at the right time hence the popularity if a comparison is made against other opposion parties formed before it eg ZUM, ZUD etc.

Dzamara was more brave and was kidnapped. His battle was fought on the street hence all the people supporting  or following the # movement couldn't come to the party, chiefly because they are cowards who regard themselves smart enough to confront the regime on the street.

We are in the #social media season and the esteemed pastor must be commended for pioneering this fledging movement.

This growing #movement must be supported, and I do, but I have noticed the misplaced notion that all players who have fought the regime before are failures and  ONLY the #movement is capable of either making the regime reform or remove them from power.

Now this very irresponsible and can be dangerous. Lessons must be learnt from past mistakes so that intended results can be achieved.  The success of the stay away of the 6th of July can NEVER be attributed to the pastor alone but a combination of factors, without saying he was not a factor.

Government failed to pay it's workers on time and they agreed to strike. The ban on imports caused chaos in BeitBridge and Mussina on the SA side, coodinated by #Tajamuka.

There was a kombi war with police where kombi operators complained of police corruption and harassment. All the above happened within the same week hence when the esteemed pastor encouraged a stay away it was a huge success. He only encouraged.  We must interrogate ourselves why another stay away called by our same pastor on Wednesday and Thursday the 13th and 14th of July was a flop.Lets look each other in the eye and not fool each other.

This struggle is protracted and has no owner. Zanu Pf is good at putting obstacles along the way thus we all need one voice. There are so many hazards and the arrest of Pst Evan is the beginning and he and all # followers should expect more.

Some of us have been there and still are. There is news that the esteemed pastor is considering not returning to Harare due to safety concerns. The news is he is afraid of arrest or worst still kidnapping or worse.

The brother should have known what kind of animal he is putting a fight against when he started. His trademark log out signature is #hatichada and hatichatya.

I would like to advise the brother not to be intimidated as the news articles seem to suggest. If he goes on to stay outside the country, the danger is he will have exposed many of his followers to the very dangers he will have run away from.

In that regard, bring yourself home pastor and no one will touch you.  In conclusion I want to say this is our time together to push the regime to the cleaners.

The one critical group which over the years refused to participate in matters political is on board the vessel. Lets push the devil Mugabe and his evil party out. #Tajamuka / #Thisflag. #Zvamuchose kujamuka kwacho.
