Byo Metropolitan Junior league weekend fixtures

The Bulawayo Metropolitan Junior League fixture enters its 11th week with exciting duels on the cards for Serie A.

Log leaders in the under 14s Highlanders take on the police side Black Boots at Club House with Bosso tipped to run rings around the uniformed forces. Under 16 reigning champions and current log leaders Ajax Hotspurs travel to Famona to take on FMH Academy at the Municipals grounds in an intriguing fixture that will see log leaders FMH seeking revenge in the under 18s category after they were walloped 3-0 by Hotspurs in the FMH sponsored Champions of Champions at Barbourfields Stadium in December.

Young Chrispen Machisi who has always been a thorn in the flesh of FMH players will lead his fourth placed side against the surprise leaders. Nyonyo and his team will proove to be tricky customers for Ajax Hotspurs. FMH chairman, Mr France Ndlovu, said they want to show Ajax that they are the team of the future and that most of the FMH Academy players are destined to dizzy heights.

 At Emakhandeni last years under 18s champions Bantu Rovers take on Makhandeni seeking to collect maximum points after being held to a goalless draw  by visiting Highlanders at Hartsfield. Eddie Mukahanana sponsored EM Sports welcomes Cowdray Park's Amalanda in a  match that promises thrills and spills especially in the under 16s category.

Magwegwe Young Stars travel to Njube's Desert  grounds to tackle new boys Chicken Inn hopping to atleast have a decent meal saved on sauce,  The Magwegwe based side who have found the going tough in the  Serie A should be warned that they might turn out to be Chicken feed with their under 14s turned into starter mesh and their under 18s  made the broilers finisher.

Sakhelene Nxumalo led Pumula East Academy rounds up the weekend junior league fixture for Serie A by taking on Makhandeni City Pirates at Esilwane on Sunday.
