National Social Security Authority (NSSA) has dragged broke Highlanders to court accusing the club of defaulting in players contributions.
The arrears amount to $34 551,85.
Last week, NSSA filed summons at the Bulawayo High Court and gave Bosso 10 days to enter an appearance to defend the summons.
Said NSSA in its papers "Plaintiff's (Highlanders) claim against defendant are for an order for a sum of $34 551,85 being the outstanding NSSA contributions as at the last date of inspection with interest at the rate of 5% per annum,".
"As at last date of the inspection, the defendant has accrued arrears in the sum of $34 551,85,".
By Monday, the club with a history of debt has not respond to the summons.
Recently, Highlanders officials said the club faced imminent collapse due to staggering debt which is close to $1 million.
"We are approaching probably the $1 million mark in terms of our debt but the attitude of our members is that we the administrators are there to deal with the debt" club board chairman Mgcini Nkolomi is quoted saying.
