Warriors slump 13 places down FIFA rankings

Zimbabwe's failure to qualify for the World Cup that ended with a defeat to Guinea has cost them 13 places on the FIFA world rankings.
The Warriors have slumped to number 114 - their second worst ranking ever - in the latest rankings released today.
In Africa, Zimbabwe have dropped five places to position 31.
Zimbabwe achieved their worst world ranking ever following a disastrous campaign for a place at next year's World Cup Cup finals.
The Warriors lost back to back against Egypt, with the final nail a humilliating 4-2 defeat in Harare. It also lost back to back to Guinea on a 1- nil scoreline.
The highest world ranking Zimbabwe have ever achieved was in April 1995 when they were number 40.
Ivory Coast are now Africa's top team at number 13 in the world followed by Ghana at number 24.
Afcon Champions Nigeria are at number 4 in Africa and 35 in the world.
