Daddy slaughter own kids

WHEN the man burst into the house, his ex-girlfriend and her mum hid. After the man had left the house, they came out of hiding and made a gruesome discovery.
The man had allegedly stabbed and killed his two children, a boy aged four and a girl aged six.
The 33-year-old man was remanded in custody when he appeared in the Ladysmith Magistrates Court on Wednesday. This was after his arrest on Tuesday. His case was postponed to 29 June for further investigation.
KZN police spokesman Lieutenant-Colonel Shooz Magudulela said the father allegedly killed his kids on Monday night.
"The suspect went to his ex-girlfriend's home in the Gudlintaba area of St Chad's, near Ladysmith. When he arrived, he found the kids sleeping and allegedly stabbed them in the neck and stomach before fleeing from the scene. When the kids' mum and gogo returned from hiding, they found the boy and girl dead," said Magudulela.
The matter was reported to the police and a search for the suspect was launched.
"On Tuesday, the Ladysmith police arrested the suspect in the Ladysmith CBD. He is facing two counts of murder."
Acting provincial commissioner Major-General Bhekinkosi Langa commended the police for arresting the suspect.
