Paul Chisora apparently told his 28-year-old son he was "immature" and had disgraced his family.
Paul,
53, said last night: "I told him in no uncertain terms that I was very,
very disappointed by his behaviour. It is time he grew up."
Heavyweight Chisora traded blows with ex-champ Haye, 31, after he lost a world title bout to Vitali Klitschko in Munich last weekend. The boxer was quizzed by cops for seven hours after he threatened to shoot Haye during a press conference.
Chisora's mum collapsed and was rushed to hospital when she heard about the bust-up.
Paul - who still lives in the Zimbabwe township where Chisora was brought up before coming to England at 14 - added: "He should concentrate on perfecting himself as a boxer. He does outrageous things but he doesn't know it gets him into trouble."
Chisora - who flew out to a party in Warsaw, Poland, on Thursday - could be banned in a meeting with British boxing chiefs on March 14.
