Dumped woman sues ex-lover for $10 000 for embarrasment

A heartbroken Bulawayo woman, Eniah Nyajichi from Makokoba has told a court that her ex-lover had a malfunctioning sex organ and she used to m*sturbate him.
Her husband identified as Lake Musarurwa stays in Selbourne Park.
Nyajichi filed civil papers claiming Musarurwa was also inserting his fingers into her organ.
" The plaintiff and respondent (Lake Musarurwa) lived as husband and wife from October 2016 to 21 December 2016.
"This was after respondent had proposed marriage and plaintiff agreed.
"Despite the respondents malfunctioning male organ plaintiff would satisfy respondent (sexual) needs through sucking and m*masturbating him and respondent would also in turn use his fingers on complainant to gratify himself".
That used to occur on a daily basis, court papers show.
However, on 21 December Musarurwa backtracked on his marriage promise and chased Njajichi out of his house.
Now Njajichi is demanding $10 000 for "embarrassment" and wasting her time.
Musarurwa has seven days to respond.
