Impotent man sued for maintenance

A man who claimed to be impotent was dragged to court by his ex-wife who demanded $80 for the upkeep of their child.
Sera Mhere told the court that Never Kambarami was not contributing anything towards the upkeep of their minor.
She demanded money from up keep of the child to the tune of $80 per month.
But Kambarami had non of it as he told the court that he was impotent and can not pay for the child who is not his. He said he has been married to five wives but he could not make then pregnant.
The court asked him to produce a medical report showing that he is impotent but he failed to do so.
The magistrate Gamuchirai Siwardi ordered him to pay $35 towards the upkeep of the child.
