HARARE - The Kutonga Kwaro hitmaker allegedly took to his heels after mourners charged at him this afternoon at Chrispen Nyemba' s burial.
Chris Nyemba is the former head of security for Jah Prayzah who died early Saturday morning after he was involved in a car crash on his way home from Jamaican Tarrus Riley's show in Harare.
Jah Prayzah had been performing at the Harare International Conference Centre and the burly Chris had provided security for the artiste as usual.
After making sure that the star was safe, he headed home.
Reports suggest that Chris was involved in a head-on collision at Eastlea VID in Harare at around 4AM. It was not clear who he was travelling with in the car.
Scores of people who attended the burial at Glenforest in Harare were not happy with Jah Prayzah's presents.
Mourners threw all forms of obstacles at the singer alleging that he had a hand in his former security man's death.
When Jah Prayzah was fleeing the place a lot of people had to effect citizen journalism by taking photos and videos with their mobile phones.
Nyemba died at the age of 42 and is survived by three children and a wife who is expecting a baby.
