Six robbers attack pedestrian

Six unknown robbers allegedly pounced on a Bindura pedestrian attacked him and robbed him of his money, cellphone and clothes.
Prosper Madzivanhanga was left nursing wounds from the attack as he was injured back and a wounded face.
Mashonaland Central police spokesperson Inspector Milton Mundembe confirmed the case.
Allegations are that on December 17 the robbers pounced on the complainant stripped him of his shoes and jacket before robbing him of his $17 and passport.
They assaulted him while demanding more cash and when they saw that he surrendered all he had they stopped assaulting him and fled from the scene.
Meanwhile, robbery cases are on the increase during this festive season and police has urged people to be on the look out.
