Plumtree men arrested after threatening woman with pellet gun

PLUMTREE - Two men have been arrested after allegedly threatening to fatally shoot a woman with a pellet gun during a late‑night confrontation.
Khumbulani Ngulube (42) and Kingdom Moyo (40) appeared before Plumtree magistrate Joshua Nembaware, who remanded them in custody until tomorrow for trial.
The state alleges that on 5 December 2025, the duo stormed the home of Sibonginkosi Nkomo at around 10pm and knocked on her door. They reportedly threatened to shoot her if she refused to open.
Nkomo complied, and the suspects demanded to know the whereabouts of her boyfriend, Mduduzi Nkomo. She told them she did not know, after which they allegedly force‑marched her to Mduduzi’s house but failed to locate him.
